With 9 office based-staff plus our growing team of wholesale field representatives, Litejoy is relatively new to the vaping scene; however our premium quality products have already attracted a loyal and growing following, and our expanding network of high street distributors is seeing our brand gain popularity across the UK. Who we are: Tej - Chief Executive Officer Tej is one of the co-founders of Litejoy and the chief executive officer. Based in the Leicester office, Tej is responsible for the day to day running of the company. Tej covers a variety of jobs including monitoring our sales teams activity, working with our website team, managing advertising campaigns, overseeing HR and visiting our factory for design, development and quality control testing. Mandeep - Company Executive  Mandeep is one of the co-founders of Litejoy and a company executive. Mainly based in the field, Mandeep is a busy bee, travelling from city to city, working on advertising campaigns, product launches and exhibitions, working with distributors to manage their accounts and stock levels and many, many other things! Manish - Sales Manager Manish is responsible for managing our sales teams, from liaising with our field representatives regarding wholesale orders to working with our credit control team and recruiting new members of the sales team. Manish is also responsible for working on many of our advertising campaigns to bring the Litejoy brand to a wider audience, for welcoming new Litejoy distributors and for representing the company at exhibitions and events. Dani - Ecommerce Administrator & Online Customer Service Dani handles all internet and personal-use telephone customer orders, seeing them through from enquiry stage, to order processing and occasionally even order dispatching! Dani is here to answer your technical questions, resolve any issues and generally ensure that you're happy with your Litejoy purchase. Dani manages all of the online communications, so whether you're enquiring through the website, Facebook or Twitter, Dani is here to assist. Earl - Sales & Inventory Officer Earl is responsible for processing our wholesale orders, keeping our distributors up to date with their accounts and inventory. Earl works closely with our sales team and field agents, providing account information and also with our warehouse manager to ensure that orders are actioned quickly. Kish - Bookkeeper Kish is one of our bookkeepers, who recently went from being a full time member of staff to part time in order to pursue further education. Kish is responsible for a variety of jobs including customer payment reconciliations, liaising with suppliers and HR. Hanif - Bookkeeper As our newest member of the team, Hanif is our second bookkeeper. Hanif is responsible for many of the same jobs as Kish, keeping customer accounts up to date and ensuring that all payments end up where they are supposed to be. Thom - Warehouse Manager Thom ensures that our warehouse runs smoothly, picking and packing orders for both online and wholesale customers. Thom works with the field representatives and sales team, resolving any queries and making sure that orders arrive where they're supposed to be as fast as possible. As a keen vaper (and occasional smoker - tut, tut!), Thom is also one of our resident testers, trying out new products and giving his VERY honest opinion, making sure that only the best flavours make it through to our product range. Jonathan - Credit Control & Telesales Executive Jonathan handles all of our wholesale accounts, taking new orders, processing payments and resolving any enquiries that our wholesale customers may have. Jonathan works closely with the field agents to make sure that stock levels are replenished and that distributors have all the relevant promotional materials available to get the best return on their investment.
