What is an eliquid?

Electronic cigarettes contain a flavoured liquid called eliquid, this usually consists of 4 main ingredients; Nicotine, Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerine (VG) and food grade flavouring. It is a clear, sweet, odourless liquid. Vegetable Glycerine Vegetable Glycerine, Vegetable Glycerol or VG is a carbohydrate derived from plant oils. It is resistant to freezing and is found in many every day products such as toothpaste, sugar substitutes and gum disease treatments. Different levels of PG and VG in eliquids change the amount of vapour the electronic cigarette will produce.
